1 Introduction

GoTrack, developed and operated by GOTONOM A.S. ("we", "us", "our"), is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our platform and services.

GOTONOM A.S. is a company registered in Istanbul, Turkey. By using GoTrack, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2 Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of data:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, company name, and role when you register for GoTrack.
  • Usage Data: Platform interaction logs, API usage statistics, and feature usage patterns.
  • Product Interaction Analytics: Aggregated data about product pickups, consideration times, and return rates.

Important: GoTrack does NOT collect any personal biometric data. We do not use facial recognition. Our system tracks garments and products, never individuals.

3 How We Use Data

  • Service Delivery: To provide, maintain, and improve the GoTrack platform.
  • Analytics: To generate aggregated retail insights and reports for our customers.
  • Support: To respond to your inquiries and provide technical assistance.
  • Communication: To send service updates, security alerts, and, with your consent, marketing communications.

4 Data Storage

Your data is stored on Supabase cloud infrastructure in the EU region. All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit using TLS 1.3.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion at any time.

5 KVKK Compliance

GOTONOM A.S. fully complies with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698).

We process personal data only for legitimate, clear, and lawful purposes. Data processing is proportionate to the purpose for which it is collected, and we do not use data beyond its intended purpose.

  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data.

7 Cookies

GoTrack uses essential cookies only to maintain your session and preferences (such as language and theme settings). We do not use any tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

8 Third Parties

We use the following third-party services to operate GoTrack:

  • Supabase: Database and authentication (EU region).
  • Railway: Application hosting and deployment.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties.
