Built for stores where shoppers pick up the product

GoTrack is at its best where products sit on racks, shelves and walls, and where a shopper's hand is the first sign of interest.

GoBot, the GoTrack robot, in a store

Fashion & apparel

Know which styles and colours are picked up, which are tried against each other and which are returned to the rail — and let the screen show the style in hand, with its other colours.

Footwear & sports

On a shoe wall every model competes for attention. See which models get lifted, how long they are inspected, and put the model's story on the screen next to the wall.

Brand stores & showrooms

A product held up to the camera becomes a presentation: the screen shows it instantly, whether a shopper or a sales associate is holding it.

Pop-ups & events

A temporary space still deserves real numbers. Measure which products drew hands, and when, without storing images of visitors.

Who uses the reports

  • Merchandising and visual merchandising — which products and colours earn the prime spots.
  • Marketing and brand teams — which content goes with longer attention, per product and store.
  • Store operations — when interest peaks, and how stores compare.
  • Retail leadership — one view across every branch.

Not the right tool for

  • Identifying or recognising individual shoppers.
  • Reading a garment's size from the image.

If that is what you need, GoTrack is not the tool — and we will tell you so.

Questions about fit

Which products does GoTrack work best with?

Garments on racks and shelves, and shoe walls — products a shopper picks up to look at. A garment's size is not read from the image.

Do we need a data-science team to add new products?

No. Adding a product is a guided step in the panel, and product details can be imported from a product page on your website.

Selling from racks, shelves or walls?
