Know which screen content actually works

Most in-store content is judged by taste. GoTrack shows which content goes with longer holds of the product, per asset and per store, so the next campaign starts from evidence.

GoBot, the GoTrack robot, in a store

How do you measure in-store screen content?

GoTrack links what was on the screen with what shoppers did with the product. For every asset it reports the hold time that went with it, per store, so two versions of the same product's content can be compared on real behaviour.

Questions it answers

Which asset holds attention?

Hold time per asset, for the product it shows.

Does it work everywhere?

The same content compared across stores.

Which version wins?

Two versions for the same product, compared on hold time.

Good to know

  • It measures holds, not sales: GoTrack does not read POS data.
  • It measures products, not people: no face recognition, no viewer profiles.
  • It needs a screen: content testing works with GoTrack's smart screens.

Questions

Does GoTrack work without processing personal data?

GoTrack does not store images, identify anyone or send personal data to the cloud, but it does process camera images in real time on the store device. How that is classified under KVKK or GDPR, and the notices it needs, is for the retailer's legal team to assess as data controller.

Can we manage the screens in all our stores from one place?

Yes. Every store's screens are paired, grouped and managed from one web panel — content, playlists, layouts and live status — and a screen that goes offline is flagged.

Can GoTrack send data to our ERP, loyalty or BI system?

Yes, through webhooks and exports. Each product interaction can be sent to your endpoint as a webhook signed with HMAC-SHA256, and every report can be exported as CSV or PDF. There is no ready-made ERP, POS, loyalty or CRM connector.

How do GoTrack screens decide what to show?

When a shopper holds a product, the screen linked to that area shows that product's content, and keeps showing it while the product is held. When no one is holding anything, the screen plays its playlist. The screens do not need to be touchscreens.
