Brand stores and showrooms: let the product present itself

In a brand store or showroom the product is the star. Hold it up to the camera and the screen shows its story, whether a shopper or a sales associate is holding it, and GoTrack records which products are presented most.

How does GoTrack work in a showroom?

Presentation mode turns a product held up to the camera into the screen's content. It works in open spaces without fixed shelves, and every presentation is recorded, so you see which products drew the most attention and which content went with longer holds.

Why showrooms use it

Open spaces

No fixed shelves needed: products are recognised where they are held up.

For sales teams

Associates present products naturally, just by picking them up.

Content that works

Which product content goes with longer holds.

Good to know

  • Screens of any size: no touchscreen required.
  • Your content per product: images or video, managed in the panel.
  • Offline-safe: presentations keep working without internet.

Questions

Can we manage the screens in all our stores from one place?

Yes. Every store's screens are paired, grouped and managed from one web panel — content, playlists, layouts and live status — and a screen that goes offline is flagged.

What happens if the store's internet goes down?

Recognition, screens and event recording carry on in the store. Screens play their stored content, and events wait on the device and are sent with their real times when the connection returns.

Do we need a data-science team to add new products?

No. Adding a product is a guided step in the panel, and product details can be imported from a product page on your website.

Can a product be presented by holding it up to the camera?

Yes. In presentation mode, a product held up to the camera puts its content on the screen while it is held. It suits showrooms, trade fairs, pop-ups and sales teams.
