GoTrack connects to standard cameras and ordinary screens, and sends its data to your own systems with signed webhooks and exports.
Screens
Any display that can run a standard web browser. Pair it to a zone; content is cached on site.
Signed webhooks
Each event can be sent to your endpoint, signed with HMAC-SHA256 so your system can verify it.
Exports
Every report as CSV or PDF, ready for your BI or reporting routine.
Product catalogue
Add products in the panel, or import name, image and variants from a product page on your website.
API
The panel runs on GoTrack's REST API and live event stream, available to authenticated GoTrack users.

ERP, loyalty and BI
GoTrack has no ready-made ERP, POS, loyalty or CRM connector. Those systems take GoTrack data in two ways: live, through a webhook receiver that writes each product interaction as it happens (product, SKU, variant, colour, zone, time), or in bulk, through CSV or PDF exports.
GoTrack does not read sales data, shopper identities or loyalty cards, and its events carry no shopper identity.
Running many stores
- One panel for every branch and brand, with reports split by store and team roles for each user.
- Health monitoring: every store device reports whether it is working — cameras, screens, disk, errors — so a problem is seen remotely.
- Remote updates: new versions reach store devices without a site visit, at a quiet moment, and roll back on their own if something is wrong.
- Offline-first: when the internet drops, recognition, screens and event recording carry on; events are sent later with their real times.
- Three languages: the panel is available in Turkish, English and Spanish.
Integration questions
Does GoTrack work with our existing cameras?
Usually. IP cameras with RTSP, ONVIF cameras, HTTP streams and USB cameras are supported. The camera must see the shelf; if an existing camera does not, an extra camera may be needed.
Can GoTrack send data to our ERP, loyalty or BI system?
Yes, through webhooks and exports. Each product interaction can be sent to your endpoint as a webhook signed with HMAC-SHA256, and every report can be exported as CSV or PDF. There is no ready-made ERP, POS, loyalty or CRM connector.
Does GoTrack work for chains with many branches?
Yes. Several stores and brands are managed from one panel, reports are split per store, and every store device's health is monitored remotely.
How are store devices updated?
Remotely. New versions reach store devices without a site visit, are applied at a quiet moment, and roll back on their own if the new version does not work.
